• You have 100 days from the date of dispatch to return your item.

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in all original packaging.

• Refunds are processed within 2 working days of your item arriving back with us.

• Return postage costs are covered by the sender.

Condition of Returned Items

• If the item is in a new, resellable condition, we’ll issue a full refund.

• If the item has been used, opened, marked, damaged, or handled beyond what is necessary to check it, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value, up to the item’s full price.
