How do I return my order from the UK?Updated 2 months ago
We want you to be completely happy with your order — but if you need to send something back, here’s how to make the process quick and easy:
You now have 100 days from dispatch to return your item.
Returns are free when you use our Royal Mail Tracked Returns service.
Refunds are processed within 2 working days of your item arriving back with us.
When returning an item, please ensure it is unused, in its original condition, and has all original packaging intact. All returned items are carefully inspected on arrival:
If the item is in a new, resellable condition, we will issue a full refund.
If the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics, or function — and is returned used, marked, damaged, or not in a resellable condition — we reserve the right to reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value, up to the full price of the item.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (such as underwear or items intended for food use) cannot be returned once opened or used.

Enter your order number and select your return reason.
Add your contact details.
Confirm the size of your return by ticking the box.
Click Create Label.
Choose one of the following options:
Print your label at home.
Arrange a free Royal Mail collection (no printer needed).
Drop your return off at the Post Office.
Take your parcel to your local Post Office or wait for your home collection.
Keep hold of your tracking number so you can follow your return back to us.
